The convenient, all-in-one technology solution is scalable for growing practices. The eClinicalWorks software will be delivered through a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) model, enabling physicians to access the system via a secure Internet connection. A&T Systems will provide necessary hardware and site assessment, onsite technical set-up and training as well as integration of the eClinicalWorks software with the operating system, along with post go-live support.
Package #1 – Mandatory Secure Network Package
Setup your Practice for Secure eCW Connection. This package ensures that all devices (wired & wireless) within your existing LAN will be able to securely connect and communicate with eCW’s Datacenter.
Includes:
- Site Survey/Needs Assessment – (to determine which of your existing devices are eCW compliant).
- Generation and Submission of VPN Checklist to eCW.
- Design Network Architecture and configure Failover Router/VPN & Firewall to securely communicate with eCW datacenter.
- Install, Configure & Test Wireless Access Point & Communication Security.
- Configure 10-12 devices to communicate on your existing LAN (Device=tablet, laptop, pc, printer, signature pad, scanner).
- Install Anti Virus and Microsoft Office on configured devices. (Additional devices extra).
- Practice purchases all hardware and software themselves.
- A&T provisions Redundant ISP, Oversees Installation and Provides Configuration of Static IP address.
Package #2 – EMR Application Deployment Package
Deploy eCW at the Practice. This package includes installation, configuration and testing of all required eCW applications that will enable your practice to utilize the PM, EMR and Billing functions prior to eCW training and Go-Live.
Includes: Package # 1 and:
Package #3 – Convenience Turnkey Package
Support Turnkey Acquisition and Go-Live process. This package provides your practice with a One-Stop Shop for everything necessary to Go-Live.
Includes: Package # 2 and: - A&T purchases hardware and software for practice based on EMR requirements – (A&T will collaborate with the practice in the identification and selection of all hardware and software that meets or exceeds the eCW specifications).
- A&T will order and track shipments of all equipment.
- A&T will verify that the ordered equipment is complete and operating correctly.
- A&T will handle all RMA (Return Material Authorization) for incorrect or non-functioning equipment.
- A&T will provide a Standby Engineer at Training and Go-Live consisting of:
- Field Engineer Onsite at your practice location(s) on Day of Training
- Field Engineer Onsite at your practice location(s) on Day of Go-Live.
- Dedicated Field Engineer at A&T’s Network Operations Center/Help Desk for two business days following Go-Live.
Post Go-Live Maintenance Support
After Go-Live A&T will Monitor your computing environment to tell our Network Operations Center (NOC) the constant health of just your Network devices including the Firewall, ISP Failover Switch, Wireless Access Point, or all your computing devices including the Fax Server, Tablets and Desktops. A&T will be sure that Failover (when it is required) happens successfully so that your Practice is always connected to the eCW datacenter and you are able to see patients and conduct business.
Bronze Plan - provides Break/Fix Service Call Support either Remote or Onsite at an hourly rate.
Silver Plan - provides annual 24x7x365 Network Monitoring and Hourly Service Call Support either Remote or Onsite at a discounted rate.
Gold Plan - provides annual 24x7x365 Complete Environment Monitoring and Unlimited Service Call & Tech Support. A&T acts as your Single Point of Contact for all issues whether they are hardware or software related.
